We employ secure KVM x86-Virtualization and can accommodate custom requirements such as High Availability Database-, Web- and Blockchain-Clusters. Geo-Redundant data centers are being used to ensure data integrity and availability. All servers use RAID systems and redundant power supplies. Snapshots and backups are encrypted and kept on off-site tape drives and completely isolated for long-term storage (up to 30 years).

Basic service

Basic Service includes activities that must be performed continuously in order to maintain the operation and security of the IT systems. There are services whose cost is closely linked to the system volume to be supported. On-demand services

On-demand services (such as the installation of a new switch) are specified as a catalog service. These are cost components directly aligned with demand requirements. Such services are punctual and not recurring thus we offer them at fixed flat rates. With these pricing approach our customers will always know what costs to expect.

Special services

Unscheduled or special services are served within the scope of the special service and enable demand-oriented billing on the basis of fixed agreed hourly/daily rates. If a customer has an unexpected need for any of our services and needs these performed due to an emergency, etc. we will try to accommodate his request ASAP.
